IDEAS FOR YOUR PHYSICAL SECTION

 

This section is about getting active; you don’t need to be the fittest, fastest athlete on the block, just to get involved in a physical activity to improve your fitness level.

 

First, choose a category of sports that interests you:

 

Dance

  • Racquet sports
    Extreme sports
    Fitness
    Martial arts
    Water sports
    Individual sports
    Team sports

 

Then look on the DofE website to see the choices of activities you could be involved in. Think about the cost, how you get to the sports venue each week, who would sign your record book when you’ve finished. Talk to your Leader about you choices.
